LEO LED2 UV LED Curing System

The GEW LEO LED2 is a high-power, water-cooled UV LED curing solution engineered for the most demanding industrial printing and converting applications. Building on its predecessor, LEOLED2 delivers significantly higher electrical power input (up to 147 W/cm), UV dose (up to 300 mJ/cm²) and UV irradiance (up to 44 W/cm²), enabling faster curing at high press speeds while maintaining thermal control on heat-sensitive substrates. The system is available in both compact and cassette formats, and can interchange with existing GEW arc lamp housings using patented ArcLED technology, allowing presses to switch between UV arc and LED without redesigning the press setup. Powered by GEW’s RHINO power supply and control platform with IoT remote monitoring, LEOLED2 enables stable output, long diode life (~40,000 hours), and efficient energy use — making it ideal for label, narrow and wide web applications where throughput and curing consistency are critical.
